💥 2025/26 Registration now open! 💥
This is the app we use to run our Club Nights. All the features you need to enter club nights are available in the free version of the app, available for Apple and Android. Create an account, connect to Woy Woy Swim Club using the club code 7364, and add your swimmers.
Anyone is welcome to come along to two free trial nights at Club Night before committing to join.
Each swimmer may enter up to 4 events per Club Night (one event per stroke). First-time swimmers are only permitted to enter 25m events. Once they've swum faster than the Club Night 'progression time' for each stroke, they can move on to the 50m and then the 100m event for that stroke.
Check out our calendar for the date of our next Club Night, and nominate your swimmer/s for their chosen events using the app (select the 'Meets' tab, locate the correct date, and select events to nominate). If the "nominate" option isn't available, it may mean nominations aren't yet open. We suggest you try again, closer to the meet date. If you have any trouble with the app or any further questions, please come and have a chat with someone on the committee when you arrive.
If you enjoyed your trial nights and want to keep swimming with us, the next step is to register as a club member.
Registration is managed through the Swim Central portal, operated by Swimming Australia. If you are registering a child under 18, you will first need to register a parent account, then create a family group and add your child or children as dependants before selecting the appropriate membership/s. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in Section 2 of our Club Handbook or on the Swim Central Support Centre.
Registration for the 2025/26 season is now open. Membership is renewed annually, for the season 1st October - 30th September. Unfortunately there is no pro-rata option available under Swimming Australia policy. Club membership fees (including club, area, state and national components) for 2025/26 are:
Full Swimmer: $173.89
Full Swimmers are eligible to compete at club nights and club level meets, as well as area, country, state and national level meets (subject to qualifying times where applicable).
Club Swimmer: $135.51
Club Swimmers can compete at club nights and other club level meets across NSW.
"Dry" Member (parent/supporter): $42.12
Every family with swimmer/s under the age of 18 must also register at least one 'dry' (parent) member.

WWSC is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit club. As a parent or supporter, there are many ways to get involved and help your child get the most out of swim club -- from volunteering to timekeep at club nights, taking team photos at carnivals, helping out with BBQs and fundraisers, or joining the committee. The support of our members, parents and coaches helps us to provide a fun and encouraging environment for all involved.
Member communications are primarily managed using Stack Team App. To join the WWSC 'Team', members can download the free Stack Team App for Apple or Android, create an account, search for 'Woy Woy Swim Club (New 2025)' and request to join. Alternatively, there is also a web-based version of Team App if you'd prefer to use that.
Reminders, updates and announcements are also made on the Woy Woy Swim Club Chat group on Facebook. We recommend all member families join this group to stay up-to-date.
Ready to take your swimming to the next level? Once you've competed at Club Nights and feel confident, all swimmers are encouraged to enter carnivals run by WWSC or other clubs. More information about how to find and enter local carnivals can be found in Section 5 of our Club Handbook or via our calendar.
Swimmers who achieve the relevant qualifying times may also compete at the Representative level, from the regional Coast & Valley Championships right up to State, National and International events.
